Julia joined Bixby Partners in early 2019 after 6 years in varied recruiting and people operations roles at high-growth startups.
She leads talent operations and research, encompassing everything from talent strategy to candidate lifecycle management. She also spearheads Bixby Partners’ investments in building technical systems including our proprietary candidate sourcing infrastructure.
Julia can be caught on the weekend sailing the harbor with her husband and their dog, Roo.
AARON STEINBERGER

Aaron has spent the past 15 years in Silicon Valley leading talent acquisition for some of the most consequential companies in their spaces. Most notably at Zynga as an early employee until after its billion-dollar IPO. There he had the opportunity to innovate and learn from the hiring of over 4000 people in 7 years.
Following Zynga, Aaron partnered with early-stage technology start-ups in SF and abroad. In Ireland he helped grow the Web Summit from 25 to 150 employees and in San Francisco at Clover Health, leading one-year staffing surge from 210 to 500 employees.
On most weekends, Aaron can be found biking in Golden Gate Park with his wife and 5-year-old son.
